Why become a Partner?
Through the LABC national Partner Authority Scheme (PAS) we can offer a tailored, one-to-one Building Regulations plan checking and approval service to you for any building projects throughout England and Wales.
You will achieve consistency of interpretation of the Building Regulations and have a dedicated point of contact within one of our multi-disciplinary teams. Site inspections will be carried out by the local authority in whose area the work is situated, giving you the added benefit of a sustainable local inspection service.

- Provides you with a single point of contact for Building Regulations pre-submission advice and plan examination, on any project in England and Wales
- Free and very simple process to register as a Partner
- Non-exclusive – Partnering gives you the option to use other building control services
- Flexible Partner working – at your offices, at your client’s office, on site, at our office
- Applications are always checked within 15 days of submission. (As we prefer to be involved in projects as early as possible, the formal part of the process is often quicker)
