How to submit a Building Notice application

The quickest way to make an application is to complete the Submit-a-plan online application form below. You can track progress of your application and make amendments and there are no printing or postage charges involved.

Please include:

  • A 1:1250 scale location plan (block plan), showing the size and position of the proposal and its relationship to adjoining boundaries
  • Any relevant specifications and calculations
  • The appropriate Building Regulations payment.

Alternatively, you can download the interactive Building Notice application form below and email this to us with any supporting documents to bcpartnership@fareham.gov.uk.

If you prefer, you can post this to us, together with any supporting documents at The Building Control Partnership, Fareham Borough Council Depot Offices, Broadcut, Fareham, PO16 8SP together with any supporting documents.
