How to submit an Application for Approval with Full Plans

The quickest way to make an application is to complete the Submit-a-plan online application form below. You can track progress of your application and make amendments and there are no printing or postage charges involved.

Please include:

  • Detailed plans
  • Any relevant specifications and calculations
  • A 1:1250 scale location plan (block plan), showing the size and position of the proposal and its relationship to adjoining boundaries
  • The appropriate Building Regulations payment.

Alternatively, you can download the application form below email it back to us together with any supporting documents and plans to bcpartnership@fareham.gov.uk. If you prefer, you can post these to us at The Building Control Partnership, Fareham Borough Council Depot Offices, Broadcut, Fareham, PO16 8SP

Please note that an additional two copies of the Building Regulations plans are required for work to properties where persons are employed and/or are subject to a Fire Certificate under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 e.g. shops, factories, offices, public buildings etc.
