Under The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, Fareham Borough Council and Gosport Borough Council and Portsmouth City Council have made a revised Scheme of Charges to come into force on the 5^{th of} May 2026. The scheme is available for viewing after 5^th May 2026 at the Building Control administration centre, Depot Offices, Broadcut, Fareham, Hants, PO16 8SP during normal working hours.
