Morning/afternoon or timed appointments can be agreed by arrangement, as can visits out of normal working hours where special circumstances require a flexible approach.
Please bear in mind that although we carry out over 12000 site visits per year, we will always endeavour to fit in with your construction programme.
Please ensure that the Building Control Partnership is given notification 48 hours before work is due to start.
Any inspection may be booked in the following way

- By e-mailing us at bcpartnership@fareham.gov.uk

Please note in all cases requests for same day visits must be received by 10am on the day of the required visit, in busy periods same day visits may not always be possible. Requests for timed visits will be need to be agreed with the inspecting surveyor prior to confirmation. Please always leave a contact telephone number in order for us to confirm back to you requests for timed appointments.
A Building Control Surveyor will visit on commencement of the works to discuss the further inspections that will have to be undertaken. It is you or your builder's responsibility to notify us once those stages are reached to enable an inspection to be carried out. You may use any of the above ways to notify us when work is ready for inspection.
